Connect Ontraport to RightMessage
Learn how to connect Ontraport to your RightMessage account so you can personalize your website for subscribers in your email list.
Once you've connected Ontraport, RightMessage will be able to detect if a visitor to your website is a subscriber on your email list, and if they have any tags and/or custom fields associated with their subscriber profile.
You can also sync custom field data from RightMessage to subscriber profiles

Follow the steps below to connect your Ontraport account to your RightMessage account.
Access Ontraport API credentials within your Ontraport account
First, log into Ontraport to begin the process of accessing your API credentials.
Once you have logged into Ontraport, click your icon in the top right of the admin bar and select ‘Administration’.
Click ‘Integrations’ in the left menu.
Click 'Ontraport API Instructions and Key Manager'
Your APP Id and API Key will be listed in the Keys list.
Add your Ontraport API credentials to your RightMessage account
Log into your RightMessage account.
Click on the ‘gear’ icon in the top right of the screen and select ‘Integrations’.
Click on the ‘Ontraport’ tab in the left area of the screen. A box with the Ontraport API settings will be displayed.
Add the API URL and API Key from your Ontraport account into the fields provided and click the ‘Connect With Ontraport’ button.
Once the screen refreshes, the details have been saved successfully.
To delete the Ontraport integration, click on the ‘Delete Ontraport’ button. The settings will automatically be cleared for you.
